📅 Delivery Times
We ship orders from Monday to Saturday. Processing is carried out so that shipping usually takes place on the next business day.
Processing time:
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (CET): shipped the same day
Orders placed after 3:00 PM (CET): shipped the next business day
🚚 Shipping Time
Delivery time depends on the selected shipping method. In general, delivery takes between 2 and 5 days.
We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure discreet and punctual delivery.
🏠 Incorrect Address
If you accidentally entered an incorrect delivery address and your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately at info@grasivo.com.
We will do our best to correct the details before your order is dispatched.
📦 Tracking status “Delivered” but not received?
In some cases, the status may show as “Delivered” even though you have not received the package.
